Hallo, ich würde sie bitten, diesen beitrag auch n deutsch zu verfassen, da ich mich sehr für so ein system interessiere, aber leider nicht wirklich entziffern kann was dort steht. Ich habe schonmal einen beitrag geschrieben wo ich ein "Call centre" suche.
